Martinsburg City Police are NOTORIOUSLY violent. jail beatings with phone books, arms above head tied to bars, broken ribs... Pushing females who are handcuffed behind their back, forcibly into squad car backwards so that the back of their heads strike roof area of car as they fall into rear seat of vehicle. (Saw this on Queen street by Male and Female officer, both of them pushed her into car, she seemed to only be talking to them.) I suppose her words displeased them. These are White officers on white "offenders".
They also Let drug addicts sit threw court to pay there fines yet a pregnant female who is 3 weeks from her due date and Never been in trouble has to spend 5 days in jail to pay off under 400$ in fines.
