Independent attorneys getting pay regardless of the issues in court = I will fight for You as long I get pay’ In another world, I will get your case to the court and youuuuu.. the government have to pay attorneys fees regardless IF I win or not... - but the case will be presenting in court. But cases don't have to be only criminal cases.. also in Civil court. Sorry but the Civil rights have nothing to do sometimes wirh the criminal Law / cases and I think that As long people don’t have money to fight the System (Persecutors in a criminal case or another attorney in a Civil case, the Government have to pay for the attorney of the Plaintiff. Do you ever believe that IF you don’t money to pay for an attorney in a civil case you will be facing the Judge representing yourself??) Really? That will be a batter again a Leon = attorneys vs. the rabbit. Sorry but I know better about that (I was inside the civil court representing myself because I have no money to pay for an attorney) he Judiciary System / Legal System is not about Justice… is about MONEY..
